A registration cancelled 10 days prior to the first day of camp is refundable (less a 25% fee). A registration cancelled after that time is not refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the camp and refund all fees. To cancel, please email with your camper’s name and the session you’d like to cancel.

***All refunds will be issued via mailed checks. All refunds will be processed after July 19th***

 Check-In and Registration

Check in begins 30 minutes prior to the start of camp in the lobby of the Bell Athletic Center. Online registration will close the night before each camp session at 9pm. Walk ups are welcome, but please email jjenkins@trinity.edu for information on availability. If you decide to register on the morning of camp as a walk up, please bring a completed medical release form and cash for a payment in full. On the second and third days of the college prospect camp and all skills camp, no need for campers to show up more than 15 minutes earlier than the start of camp.

 Location and Parking

Camps will be held in the Bell Athletic Center on lower campus. You can find a campus map here:


Parking is available in any of the lots in front of the Bell Athletic Center and baseball field.


 Pick up

You are more than welcome to stay and watch. There are bleachers accessible from the lobby level. Or, you can pick campers up from the front of the Bell Center or in the lobby of the Bell Center after camp ends.


 What to bring

Each camper needs to bring a sack lunch, water bottle, and their own knee pads. Each camper will receive a shirt for attending camp.


We group campers according to their ability. We will work with campers as much as possible to accommodate changes in groups if necessary. If you’d like to be placed in a group with a friend, please note that on your registration and we will do our best to accommodate this as well.
